It is also the patronymic name of an Andorran Casa (Family) (family of my ancestors). 
This cuvée is harvested manually.
 
Grape varieties: 80% Syrah (40 years), 20% old Grenache (50 years)
Soil: Red marl and pebbles
Yield: 20 Hl / Ha
Alcoholic strength: 14% vol.
Aging: Cuvée Aged in oak demi-muid of 500 liters for 14 months.
