Cuvées: The Roots of the Estate
“L’Esprit des Souche”: My paternal winemaking family, from east of Montpellier dating back as far as the 15th century, is made up of patronymic names linked to the cultivation of the vine: Servant (old Languedocien grape variety), Souche (root).
The spirit of roots runs deep through my veins, it's my DNA.
