The plot classified POD Saint Chinian on the edge of the domain was created with tenacity to obtain this cuvée.

A.O.C. Saint Chinian

Aged vines inspired the profile of this imagined wine, leading us to the Accomplished.

Syrah, Grenache

Aged in steel vats.

Intense nose of ripe black fruits (blackberry, morello cherry, blackcurrant, and spices [pepper]). Fleshy, expressive, balanced palate.

Syrah, Grenache (more 30 years old)

1/3 Aged in demi-muid for 9 months and the other in steel vats.

Coloured appearance with purple reflections. Expressive nose with compote notes of blueberries, blackberries and Mediterranean notes (rosemary, fresh bay leaf). The palate is balanced and bright. The freshness of this wine gives it a beautiful modernity with a black olive finish.
