Soil: clay-limestone Yield: 32 hl / ha
Alcoholic strength: 13.8% vol. Aging: Destemming and one vat by grape variety and age.
The grape varieties are vinified separately at controlled temperature (25° -30°) and blended in January and then aged for 15 months in steel vats.
