L’Esprit des Souche:

My paternal winemaking family in the east of Montpellier since the 15th century, is made up of patronymic names linked to the cultivation of the vine: Servant (old Languedoc grape variety), Souche,...

The spirit of the strains runs through my veins, it's my DNA Grape varieties: 60% Grenache, 30% Syrah, 10% Mourvèdre

Soil: clay-limestone Yield: 32 hl / ha

Alcoholic strength: 13.8% vol. Aging: Destemming and one vat by grape variety and age.


The grape varieties are vinified separately at controlled temperature (25° -30°) and blended in January and then aged for 15 months in steel vats.
