Elaboration: The Cartagène du Domaine Galtier is made from grape must mutated with Languedoc wine brandy, followed by aging in oak barrels for around 18 months.
To be served as an aperitif or as a dessert wine: a rum baba, a tart with seasonal fruits, a dark chocolate dessert, ... and gives an almost perfect match with Roquefort.
