Soil: Marl and pebble terraces classified in AOC Languedoc

Yield: 30 hl / ha

Alcoholic strength: 13.5% vol.

Aging: The grape varieties are vinified separately at controlled temperature (18-20 °C).
Assembled in steel vats before bottling.
